Divisions
Four categories. One supply chain.
The divisions are separated because the buyers are different and the failure modes are different. A site engineer waiting on a hydraulic pump has a different problem from a telecom operator whose battery bank died in August. What they share is the route the goods travel and the paperwork that travels with them.
How an order works.
Most disputes in this trade start before anything ships — a specification agreed by phone, a price quoted without a datasheet, a delivery date nobody wrote down. MASAR is our factory-to-site programme. Six steps, in writing, in this order.
You send the requirement. We return a written specification sheet: model, rating, capacity, voltage, standards, quantity. Nothing moves until you have signed the sheet.

Request and specification
You send the requirement. We return a written specification sheet: model, rating, capacity, voltage, standards, quantity. Nothing moves until you have signed the sheet.
- 02
Sourcing and quotation
We match the specification to manufacturers we have bought from before in China and Brazil. You receive a quotation and a proforma invoice with the lead time stated in days.
- 03
Pre-shipment inspection
The goods are checked against the signed specification before they leave the factory. The inspection report reaches you before the container is sealed, not after it lands.
- 04
Freight and documentation
We book the freight and assemble the document pack: certificate of origin, technical datasheet, packing list, inspection report, warranty terms. The file is complete before the vessel sails.
- 05
Customs clearance
We clear the shipment at the port of entry and hold the file. If a date moves, you hear it from us with the new date — you should not learn about a delay from your own site.
- 06
Delivery and ISNAD
Delivery to the site address on the order. ISNAD, our after-sales arm, holds the parts list and the warranty from the day of handover.

These are third-party figures about the Syrian market, not about this company. We publish them because they set the size of the order book every supplier in this country is being asked to serve, and because a buyer deserves to see where a supplier thinks demand is coming from.
Instead of a founding story
What you can check before you pay.
Buyers in this market ask how long a supplier has been around because age is the cheapest available proxy for whether anyone will answer the phone when a gearbox fails. We would rather you check the thing itself. Each of these is a document you receive, not a claim we make.
- A signed specification sheet
- Model, rating, capacity, standards and quantity, agreed in writing before any payment. If what arrives does not match the sheet, the sheet decides the argument, not the invoice.
- A pre-shipment inspection report
- Goods are inspected against that sheet at the factory. You see the report while the container can still be stopped.
- A complete document pack
- Certificate of origin, technical datasheet, packing list, inspection report, warranty terms. Tender files and project audits ask for these. They ship with every order, whether or not you ask.
- Parts secured before handover
- The spare parts position for a unit is settled before it is delivered — what is held, what is ordered, and how long a replacement takes. After-sales that begins after the failure is not after-sales.

Send us the specification.
If you have a written specification, send it and we will quote against it. If you do not, describe the work and the site and we will write one with you before we price anything. Either way, you get the numbers in writing.
